All packages are shipped with PRIORITY mail.
You will receive an automated email notifying you of confirmation of your order and another email when your order has been dispatched.

No matter where you live if you need your package within 2-5 working days, let me know before or after you place the order. For an additional charge, I will have it shipped to you with UPS.
Prices vary based on where you’re at. They range between 35-100 euros.
- All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days
- Every item is packed in a custom gift box which also includes also a story card and a sticker
- All is then placed in a bubble mailer for additional protection.

We can ship your gift directly to the recipient. It will arrive beautifully packaged in a custom Orca Legacy gift box and complete with a story card. We can add a personalized message if you’d like.
At check out, simply put your information as the “bill to” and the recipient as the “ship to” and leave us a note with details 🙂

Please contact us at email@example.com notifying us that you would like to request a refund. We accept returns within 30 days.
All items must be in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a refund. Please ensure items are adequately protected when returning as we cannot refund items that have been damaged as a result of poor packaging.
Please obtain proof of postage for your return order.
