I offer National Post Priority non-tracked shipping  or private UPS/FedEx Tracked shipping in case you need your package fast. Prices are calculated at check-out based on where you live. 

You will receive an automated email notification when you place your order and another email when your order has been dispatched. If you don’ receive any of those, please check your spam folder, it’s probably there.

National Post: 
Europe – 5-8 working days
US: 8-12 working days
Rest of the world: approximately 9-15 working days.

My Promise

  • All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days
  • Every jewelry item is packed in little custom bags made of cotton which you can easily find a second use for.
  • Every order also includes  a story card and a sticker
  • All is then placed in a cardboard box stuffed with other pieces of recycled paper for additional protection. (exception for bags and t-shirts, which, due to shipping costs, cannot be shipped in cardboard boxes)
  • All jewelry is shipped plastic free

I can ship your gift directly to the recipient. It will arrive beautifully packaged in a little custom Orca Legacy bag and complete with a story card. I can add a personalized message if you’d like.

At check out, simply put your information as the “bill to” and the recipient as the “ship to” and leave us a note with details 🙂

Returns

Don’t worry, if for any reason you’d like to return the item, it’s simple & easy.

Please contact me at jana@orcalegacy.com, to let me know you’d like to return the item. I accept returns within 30 days.

All items must be in their original packaging and unworn to qualify for a refund. Please ensure items are adequately protected when returning, as I cannot refund items that have been damaged as a result of poor packaging.

Please obtain proof of postage for your return order.
